WHO WE ARE
A professional staff able to handle any kind of situation. Depending on the kind of event you will be organizing, we will adapt to the atmosphere without losing sight of the quality of the service. Our staff is made up of professionals from the region's eno-gastronomic panorama. In each event chefs and waiters work side by side, developing more and more unique consolidation, indispensable for coordinating the pace of work.
I have been organizing weddings, private and corporate events for over 20 years. We will evaluate the location together, choose the impression to give to the event, agree the menu, define the service and assure you that everything will be perfect. The passion and love for this work continue to guide me every day, and at the end of each event nothing repays me more than the happy smile of the one who chose me.
Mom sent me his passion for cooking. I'm a chef who makes Tuscan tradition an indispensable starting point, although I like to reinterpret many modern-style dishes and add so much to me at every turn.
I always go from the genuine products of our land but my menus are rich in delicious proposals and tastes never discounted.
We can work every day in a different environment, we are used to moving in familiar areas and ready to operate in any kind of location. We can do this because we are a close group of professionals able to handle every situation without ever losing sight of the high quality of service.
